We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Front Desk Coordinator to join our thriving healthcare team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment where you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring that their experience is positive from the moment they walk through our doors. Responsibilities:

As a Medical Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth running of our healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Greeting patients upon arrival and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.
2. Performing data entry tasks to update patient records with accurate and timely information.
3. Managing office communication via email and direct calls, providing prompt and professional responses.
4. Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, optimizing efficiency and patient satisfaction.
5. Handling billing procedures, processing payments, and addressing patient queries regarding billing.
6. Organizing and distributing mail within the facility.
7. Utilizing O365 for various administrative tasks and communications.
8. Assisting with other administrative duties as required, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
2. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and billing.
3. Excellent knowledge of office software, particularly O365.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
6. A patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
7. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
8. The ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.
9. A high school diploma or equivalent. A certificate or degree in medical administration would be an asset.
