We are on the lookout for a driven Agricultural Sales Representative to expand our reach across Mississippi. Role Overview: As an Agricultural Sales Representative at Titan AG, you will play a pivotal role in customer engagement. Your primary focus will revolve around cultivating and maintaining relationships with growers. Devoting approximately 85% of your time to direct interactions, you will delve into their successes and challenges while crafting customized seed, chemical, and fertilizer programs aimed at boosting yields and enhancing ROI. Your success will hinge on your ability to understand our products, communicate their advantages effectively, and provide farmers with practical, relatable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Expand Titan AG’s seed and chemical market share within your designated territory. Identify and engage potential accounts through strategic targeting. Implement effective sales strategies to establish a robust market presence. Assist in conducting on-farm trials to demonstrate product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to stimulate growth and drive sales. Manage expenses, marketing initiatives, and sales forecasts to ensure profitable results. Maintain timely sales reporting and support in collecting overdue accounts. Uphold a positive image of Titan AG and adhere to our company code of conduct. Collaborate and support team members, representing Titan AG positively at trade shows and conferences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years sales experience, including cold calling. At least 2 years of experience in the agriculture industry. Exhibit initiative, assertiveness, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding goals and working independently. Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification is preferred but not required.
